WHO I AM:
An Arden resident for 23 years, I had spoken with Johanna many times about her vision “for the preservation and care of the natural spaces within the Village of Arden.” I feel I am well suited for this task since I live overlooking the forest and truly believe, as did Johanna, we must preserve and maintain the natural setting in accordance with Mother Nature. Since Nature will always win over the intrusion of humans we must honor both Johanna and Nature by being minimally intrusive and working only when our sanctified forest is damaged through natural means and strive to keep human hands from destroying our beautiful woodlands.
INTEREST AND/OR SKILLS:
I spent the first 18 years of my life living in and on the edge of a natural forest in New York state. Working with my family to preserve the natural woodland beauty and plant over 100,000 native evergreen trees for all to enjoy .
