WHO I AM:
I have enjoyed being in the outdoors my whole life, camping, backpacking, kayaking. As an adult leader in Boy Scouts, I was certified as a Leave No Trace trainer to pass along the skills and practices to a new generation of Scouts. In this era of climate change, it is important to preserve the natural landscape we have.
INTEREST AND/OR SKILLS:
In Arden, I have 20+ years of service on committees. I’ve been on the Playground, Archives, BWVC, Civic and the (original 5 year) Traffic Calming committees. I have also served on seven years on the Board of Assessors.
I have studied the Schroeder Trust. As a Steward, I would pledge to follow the Purpose of the Trust, making sure that “the assets and any income shall be used for the preservation and care of the natural spaces within the Village of Arden and to contribute to the health and survival of the woods and greens.”
