My family and I found Arden in 2020 while looking for a place with a sense of civic engagement and community. We moved into the house across from the Gild Hall where you might have seen my wife or I playing outside with our two daughters or dog, Pixel. Last year I joined the Playground Committee and helped look for increased funding for our shared greens and other projects. (Be on the lookout for a new white squirrel somewhere on the Big Green!)
Though I have been managing and delivering projects and leading meetings for years as part of my detail-oriented career, I will be the first to say that I do not have the breadth of committee experience or depth of Arden-specific knowledge that previous office holders have had. I think being a new neighbor might allow me to preside at Advisory meetings unencumbered by past entanglements and provide a new, unbiased, perspective on town affairs.
