Documents Affecting Arden Leaseholds
Welcome Letter from the Trustees of Arden
An introduction to Arden given to all leaseholders at settlement. This letter includes information about land rent, property and school taxes, sewer bills, trash collection, and more. It is a useful resource for all residents, whether you own or rent your home.
Permission Required for Tree Removal
For trees on Arden leaseholds, authorization for removal must be obtained from the Trustees. Please download the form below and follow the instructions. It is the responsibility of the Civic Committee, and not the leaseholder, to remove trees on Village land (the right-of-way next to the street, for example). Contact the Civic Committee concerning problems with non-leasehold trees.
