An introduction to Arden given to all leaseholders at settlement. This letter includes information about land rent, property and school taxes, sewer bills, trash collection, and more. It is a useful resource for all residents, whether you own or rent your home.

Permission Required for Tree Removal
For trees on Arden leaseholds, authorization for removal must be obtained from the Trustees. Please complete the form below and submit it as instructed. You will need to include your lot number in the request; you can look it up on the Arden Lot & Address Map. There are several ways to submit the form:

• print the PDF, fill it out, scan it (no cell phone photos, please), and attach the new PDF to an email, OR

For trees on Village land (the right-of-way next to the street, for example), removal is the responsibility of the Civic Committee, and not the leaseholder. Contact the Civic Committee concerning problems with trees that are not on your leasehold.
