Eric Reed, candidate for Registration Committee

Shortly after I moved to Arden I received a visit for a Registration Committee member welcoming me to the town and sharing with me information about the rich history of the Village.  Their passion and enthusiasm for Arden was was such that it made me feel a responsibility to learn more, get involved and contribute to the town.   I’ve spent time working on committees and volunteering and through that I’ve gotten to know many folks in our interesting community.   I appreciate the direct democratic process and have attended every town meeting since I’ve arrived. Ensuring community participation in meetings and voting is vital and the Registration Committee is an important aspect of that.  Also I love sharing stories about the unique culture, history and heritage of Arden with people outside our community.  I look forward to welcoming new residents and helping them to integrate into our way of life and participate in all that Arden has to offer.   I thank you for your consideration.
