The Advisory Committee is made up of the chairpersons of all the standing committees and the trustees, plus the town officers and the chair of the Board of Assessors. It acts as a coordinating committee and sets the agenda for the town meetings. The chairperson of the Advisory Committee, a town officer, is elected each year at the March meeting.
The Advisory Committee meets three weeks before town meetings, that is, the first Monday in January, March, June, and September unless that day is a holiday.
Regular Advisory Committee Meetings
Meetings are usually the 1st Monday in January, March, June and September at 7:30 p.m. at the Buzz Ware Village Center, in Arden, Delaware unless those days are holidays, in which case meetings are usually held the following Tuesday.
