WHO I AM:
I am a new 2 year resident who has had rental property here for over 25 years. I’ve since had a new house built on the site. I’ve always wanted to live here in an artist friendly community so I’m happy it finally happened. Most of my time for my 2 years here has been overseeing construction of my house, porch and yard.
INTEREST AND/OR SKILLS:
I am a retired teacher who is presently secretary of the Howard Pyle Studio in Wilmington, De. My experience with budgets comes from decades of managing two homes with one as a landlady for my shore rental property in Cape May Pt, NJ. I am a member of various Gilds and volunteered at the Arden Fair in 2025.
