INTEREST AND/OR SKILLS:
I am currently Co-Chair of the Budget Committee. Before coming to Arden I had extensive financial experience with non-profit organizations and municipal agencies. With this background I bring well thought out and appropriate recommendations for Arden.
This is a time of uncertainty regarding the outcome of the Reassessment effort. We still don’t know how it will affect our land rent in the future. The Budget Committee has been proactive in preparing for possible increases by being fiscally responsible in our decisions.
I take my role on Budget very seriously. My goal is the long-term welfare of Arden based on a sound budget. I hope to continue to serve Arden in this way.
